User Agreement

1.Client Qualifications

1.1 Clients must be qualified investors who comply with the relevant laws and regulations regarding transactions specified in this agreement.

1.2 Clients must be over 18 years old, have full capacity for civil rights and civil conduct, and possess sufficient knowledge and experience to understand the nature and risks of the products to be traded.

1.3 You are the legal owner of the funds or digital assets added to your KINE account, and you guarantee the legitimacy of the source of the funds or digital assets. You shall not engage in any illegal activities through the platform.

1.4 Any cryptocurrency withdrawal address provided by you belongs to you, and you have complete control over that address.

2.Trading Services

2.1 You should exercise caution and independently judge the authenticity, legality, and validity of relevant cryptocurrencies and information, and bear the responsibility and losses arising therefrom. Unless required by laws and regulations, the platform is not obligated to conduct prior review of information and data of all users, cryptocurrencies, and other matters related to transactions.

3.Disputes and Legal Obligations

3.1 In the event of a trading dispute between you and other users during the use of the copy trading service on the platform, once either party or both parties submit a request to the platform for mediation, the platform has the right to make mediation decisions based on unilateral judgment. You understand and agree to accept the platform's judgment and mediation decisions regarding trading disputes.
